Disney Recipe Ingredients
- 4 ounces of softened Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
- Chocolate Puffs
- 4 cups Cold Brew Coffee

Put your mixing bowl in the freezer to chill for 15 minutes, it will help the Cream Cheese whipped topping stay firm and cold. Collect all the above ingredients and measure to make the process quick and easy. (Leave the Heavy Whipping Cream and Half and Half in the refrigerator until needed to keep them cold)

Remove your bowl from the freezer and add the cream cheese and whip.Then add your powdered sugar and cream together. Next, add Half and Half and Heavy Whipping Cream.

Whip until ingredients are incorporated on medium speed. It will take about 6-7 minutes for soft stage foam to develop and 7 -8 for firm peaks start forming. This is what you want, stop here! ( Do not over whip)

Pour your cold brew into cups and add a scoop of the Sweet Cream Cheese and add Chocolate puffs and serve

Plate the meal attractively, garnish as desired, and serve it hot. Enjoy your delicious homemade meal, and share it with family or friends if desired.
